This Privacy Statement is designed to inform you how Aholattafun Ltd. gathers and uses personal and non-personal information. Aholattafun Ltd. reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement at any time and will notify the public by posting a notice on www.aholattafun.ca of any changes to the Privacy Statement.

- If you have disclosed personally identifiable information in an area of Aholattafun Ltd.'s website (www.aholattafun.ca)
- If you have placed an order on Aholattafun Ltd.'s E-commerce Aholattashoppin'.
We endeavor only to collect personal information necessary in the listed circumstances. In the above-mentioned instances, personal information collected may include your name, address, phone number, birth date, email address and personal financial information.
Collection of information through username and password system,
Some Aholattafun Ltd. websites ask you to provide us with the above-mentioned personal information along with a username and password. This username and password allows you to participate in certain online activities such as contests and promotions. When it is necessary to contact you in connection with a particular online activity, this username and password is cross-referenced against the personal information you provided when you initially registered for that username and password.
If you do not use your username and password for a period of (6) six months, we will email you a notice advising you of the expiration of your account. If you do not notify us with a desire to keep your username and password active within a time-frame of one week, all account information will be deleted from our databases along with all of your personal information.
2. How Aholattafun Ltd. will use Your Personal Information
Personal information is used by Aholattafun Ltd. strictly for the purposes stated at the time of collection, or otherwise set out in this section.
If you have participated in one of Aholattafun Ltd.'s online activities, your personal information will only be used for the purposes of that online activity, unless you otherwise provide us with your consent. We may ask for your permission to use your personal information for other purposes, for example, to send you an email newsletter or for marketing purposes. We will only use this information for these purposes if you have provided us with consent by "opting in" on the online form or verbal confirmation.
If you have entered and won one of our contests, your name, likeness and city of residence may be published by us and/or our sponsors related the that specific contest. Please check with published rules for each specific contest for full details.
Non-personal aggregate information may also be extracted or compiled from information we collect. Such information may be used to generate statistics and produce reports for internal use by Aholattafun Ltd. In this instance, these statistics and reports will contain only summative information, not personally identifiable information. Your identity is kept strictly anonymous at all times.
3. What "Cookies" Are and How They Are Used

We will not knowingly collect or retain any personal information of visitors to our websites who are under the age of 13, unless we obtain parental or legal guardian consent. Such information will never be sold, rented, shared or otherwise made available to outside parties without parental or legal guardian consent unless we are required to do so by court, governmental or other legal order.
Aholattafun Ltd. encourages and supports the efforts of parents and legal guardians of children to monitor their children's internet usage as well as caution them against providing personal information to any website or online identity without the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
6. What Else You Need To Know About Privacy At Aholattafun Ltd.
Aholattafun Ltd is committed to maintaining and protecting your privacy. However, we remind you that the internet is not a secure medium. As such, your privacy cannot be guaranteed when you communicate online or otherwise visit any website. The nature of internet communications means that your information may be susceptible to data corruption, interception and delays.

Payment Policy
Aholattafun Ltd. uses Internet Secure as its sole method of internet transactions related to our E-commerce website, Aholattashoppin'. Aholattafun Ltd. does not accept Personal Cheques, Money Orders, Paypal or any other method of transaction as payment for merchandise bought through the use of Aholattashoppin'. Refund Policy
We guarantee your product(s) will arrive in the described condition. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Aholattafun Ltd. exerts a tremendous amount of effort into the safe packaging and overall quality of your items. As such, we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with them.
If you are not content with a product and wish to exchange it with a replacement, we will gladly do so given you follow these criteria:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return before sending back the product
- Returns must be mailed less than 30 days from the date the order was placed with Aholattafun Ltd.
- Product must be in the same condition it was when you received it - Unopened and unused
- Please note that all sales are final and funding is not available for retrieval. Aholattafun Ltd. will replace items that arrive damaged or are incorrectly shipped by Aholattafun Ltd.
Aholattafun Ltd. will not assume the cost of postage for returned merchandise. Shipping costs of returned merchandise is solely the responsibility of the consumer making the return.
Aholattashoppin' customers establish confirmation of items sent to residences within Canada and the United States of America (including Hawaii and Alaska), by signing for merchandise when it is delivered to its final destination. Packages that have been confirmed as delivered cannot be claimed as unsent merchandise, and will not be replaced with a substitute item.
International customers are unable to claim unsent merchandise due to a lack of delivery confirmation. Aholattafun Ltd. cannot be held responsible for items shipped to International addresses that do not reach their final destination.
Shipping & Handling Policy
International Shipping
Aholattafun Ltd. has established "International" as a term that represents any destination outside of Canada and the United States of America for use within Aholattashoppin'. Hawaii and Alaska are not considered International destinations by Aholattafun Ltd., and fall under the United States of America category for shipping of items from Aholattashoppin'.
Customs Declaration Policy
Aholattafun Ltd. will declare the full purchase price (not including shipping) and mark all items as 'merchandise' on customs declarations. Aholattafun Ltd. does not assume the responsibility of any taxes/tariffs/delays incurred by the customs system in your country. Aholattafun Ltd. is legally bound to comply with these terms; no exceptions will be made.
Taxes
All applicable taxes for items purchased through Aholattashoppin' are applied by Internet Secure when consumers check-out of their Aholattashoppin' Shopping Cart.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Aholattafun Ltd. establishes shipping and handling costs for items on Aholattashoppin' from estimates obtained from Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca). Shipping weight, dimensions, package destination and packaging expenses are all factors in the final shipping and handling cost for each item. Shipping and handling costs are non-negotiable, and susceptible to change without notice.
Shipping costs also include the method of shipping selected by the consumer. Products shipped to residences within Canada and the United States of America (including Hawaii and Alaska) can be sent through "Ground Post" or "Express Post"; chosen by the customer. Items sent to International addresses are shipped using "International Ground Post" where applicable, or otherwise delivered with the use of Purolator.
Aholattashoppin' customers must allow 6-8 weeks delivery time for all "Ground Post" (Canada, USA and International) packages. Customers will allow 3 business days for Canadian Express post, and 7 business days for USA Express Post items.
